Newcomer Resource Fair receives recognition from CDE
Adams 12 Five Star Schools was awarded a certificate for being published in the 2024 Promising Partnership Practices, an annual publication put out by CDE's Office of School, Family, and Community Partnerships. Our district was highlighted for the Newcomer Resource Fair we hosted for the first time in the 23-24 school year. The purpose of this event was to provide our newly arrived families with direct access to many of the community resources and partners we refer them to outside of school. Attendance was more than 400 individual people, with more than 40 community partners present.
