What services does the district provide for students and families in need?
The Adams 12 Student and Family Outreach Program is a support program created to match available community resources with students and families in need. The resources provided include but are not limited to Health Insurance, Homeless Assistance, Migrant Education, Title VII Indian Education and more. If your family or a family you are referring needs help applying for one of the provided resources please complete the Outreach Services Referral Form and an Adams 12 Community Resource specialist will contact you as soon as possible.
