After School Program: 2:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. (1:15 - 6:00 p.m. on Wednesdays)

1. There are no BASE Program multiple children family reductions.
2. Parents may qualify for financial assistance through the Adams County Department of Social Services-Child Care Assistance Program. For more information please call (303) 604-1043.
3. Full and 1/2 day programs will be included in weekly tuition fees.

Registration Policy and Procedures
Policy
Any child enrolled in a Five Star School District #12 Elementary School, grades K-5 are permitted to attend the BASE Programs. Five Star School District #12 does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national orgin, sex, or handicap in admission or access to its educational programs or activities.
Registration Procedure
A pre-registration orientation with the Director is required for all families at the time of registration. The following must be completed and returned prior to a child attending any program:
1. At the beginning of each school year and summer program a completed BASE Program registration packet must be filled out prior to attending the BASE Program. It is the parent's responsibility to keep their child's registration form updated continuously with new or changed information.
2. The cost of registrtion is $50.00 per child for the school year and/or $50.00 per child for the summer program (or $85.00 annually). Registration fees are non-refundable and are due annually. No multiple family reductions shall be provided.
3. Occasionally spaces fill up, so applicants are encouraged to register as soon as possible. All programs are based on a "first come-first served" basis. Spaces are limited due to license capacities and/ or student/ staff ratio. If a particular program is full to capacity, a wait list will be provided for those spaces that may become available.
4. If you should need to withdraw your child/ children from the BASE Program, we require a written notice two weeks in advance of your child's withdrawal from the program. Any outstanding balance must be paid prior to the time of withdrawal. The program reserves the right to withdraw any children for reason including, but not limited to behavior, delinquent accounts, etc. Cause for this action will be determined by the program director.
